Miramontes has broad financial and operational experience in privately owned, PE backed and public companies. Working out of Goettl Air Conditioning & Plumbing's Las Vegas headquarters, Miramontes has been successful in driving operational growth while creating transparency in financial and operating performance. She has also been a business owner and entrepreneur.

Miramontes' background includes having provided financial and operational leadership to some of the world's largest gaming and resort brands, including Wyndham, MGM Grand and SHFL Entertainment, a $300 million multi-national gaming supplier. Through these experiences, she has gained the skills necessary to implement best-in-class systems and structures to handle the complexities of growth.

Miramontes earned Bachelor of Science degrees in Business Administration and Finance from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas as well as an MBA from UNLV. She is also an Associate Certified Coach from the International Coach Federation and a Certified Professional Coach from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching.
As a certified leadership coach, she has demonstrated the ability to develop leaders at all levels within the organization and contribute to a growth oriented organizational culture.
Miramontes has been active in the community, volunteering with the UNLV Alumni Association, Nevada Women's Philanthropy group and the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) in Southern Nevada.
