CADILLAC, Mich., July 4, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- On Tuesday, Wolverine Power Cooperative (Wolverine) and members Cherryland Electric Cooperative, Great Lakes Energy, HomeWorks Tri-County Electric Cooperative, Midwest Energy & Communications, and Presque Isle Electric & Gas Co-op set a new all-time peak demand record for the third time in four days.

Wolverine and its members broke their all-time peak record for the first time in five years on Saturday, June 30, and again on Sunday, July 1. As temperatures remained high into this week, Wolverine again set a new record on Tuesday, reaching a peak of 710 megawatts.
