Tomark-Worthen (TW) is proud to announce the acquisition of Madico’s PV products, technology, and trademarks. The acquisition includes all certifications and intellectual property for Madico’s world renown PV backsheets and solar panel insulation products.

This acquisition will enhance our Tomark-Worthen product offerings while building on Madico’s significant brand name recognition and allowing customers to continue to purchase the Madico products.”

TW will be adding all of the former Madico PV products, including; Protekt®, Hytek®, VueTek®, and Reflekt® to its line of Photomark® ReflectionsTM co-extruded backsheet products and specialty PV encapsulation materials.
Production will move from Woburn, MA to the TW facility in Nashua, NH beginning January 1, 2018.
TW was formed in 2012 as a joint venture between Tomark Industries and Worthen Industries with the focus to produce high performance co-extruded (HP-CoEx) backsheets. TW introduced its Photomark® Reflections™ HP-CoEx backsheet in 2016. Prior to forming TW, Tomark Industries represented Madico for almost 20 years, and was instrumental in developing many of the Madico products during that time. Worthen Industries, is a multi-national company involved with producing a wide variety of adhesives, laminated products, and extruded multi-layered sheets and films with operations in 5 locations in the USA.
