After a record-setting 2013, Greentech Media announces the return of its flagship conference, Solar Summit 2014. Now in its seventh year, the Solar Summit is the preeminent gathering of solar industry executives, investors, policymakers and utilities in the U.S. This two-day conference will take place once again at the Wigwam Resort in Phoenix, AZ on April 15-16, 2014.
Last year's conference saw a 30 percent growth in attendance, elevating the opportunities for conference attendees to network, make deals, identify market trends, and gain access to exclusive analysis and data from the GTM Research team.
"The Solar Summit gets better every year," said Shayle Kann, Senior Vice President of Research at Greentech Media. "I'm consistently impressed by the caliber of the attendees and the insightfulness of the speakers. And this year, we have a few tricks up our sleeve to keep the audience on the edge of its seat."
This year's Solar Summit focuses on trends across the global solar market, from technology to demand in the U.S. and abroad. Key themes at this year's Summit include:
- The outcome and impact of the latest U.S.-China solar trade dispute
- Fostering differentiation in the module market
- The next wave of innovation in the inverter and balance-of-systems landscape
- Latin America solar opportunities and barriers
- Finding the signal amidst the noise in the U.S. solar market
Solar Summit conference sessions will be engaging and spirited, fostering real debates like last year's heated discussion between Sunrun and Arizona Public Service. In addition, attendees will have an opportunity to weigh in on the solar industry's biggest questions and get reactions from an expert panel. The full agenda can be viewed here.
Registration for the Solar Summit is now open.
Other opportunities to participate in the conference are still available as well. For more information on speaking, sponsoring, and partnering, or for inquiries regarding conference registration, please contact [email protected].
